LivingWell Australia Pty Ltd purchased a partially constructed gymnasium in the suburb of Carindale, Brisbane. The building design had to be reconfigured in the most cost effective way to meet the stringent corporate design requirements of LivingWell, so that the end product was a replica of all the other LivingWell Health Clubs worldwide.
The building works were completed and fitted out within a time period of 26 weeks to meet LivingWell's handover and operational requirements.
To convert a partially constructed gymnasium into a LivingWell Premier brand gymnasium of 3700 m² area fully fitted out with all operational equipment.
(LivingWell was subsequently sold by the Hilton Hotel group to Fitness First)
