SAND RIVER GOLF CLUB - SHENZHEN, CHINA.
From January 1994 to December 1995 I spent half of each month in Hong Kong project managing the Shenzhen Sand River Golf Club project, coordinating an international group of consultant's in the planning, design, tendering, programming, cost control and construction.
Value US$ 75million.
The project included a 27 hole golf course, nine holes of which were floodlit; a combined golf club and hotel building with forty bedrooms, driving range, golf academy, and a future sports club building and residential units.
